Vinification Crushing and destemming, skin maceration at 28/30° C for ten days, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Maturing The wine is constantly racked before the winter in order to get rid of the coarsest sediments, then left to rest in the natural cold throughout the winter months to achieve tartaric stabilization; it is clarified and filtered in late winter before being bottled in the spring.

Colour Brilliant ruby red
Bouquet Deep with several hints of red berries, complemented by pleasant, sweet, spicy nuances, with soft and balanced tannins.
Taste Sweet at the beginning, it has a dry finish with an excellent smoothness and good persistence. Centred on the perception and roundness of the fruit.
